An Illustrated guide to G-Spot massage. Includes photos, descriptions and in depth explanation of positions and technique to G-Spot stimulation.
If you’re reading this then you’re probably as confused as many other (young and older) women are about their bodies. The female form is a mystery in its own right, it comes with tons of nooks and crannies and ironically not a single one of us comes with an instruction manual. When you were young (or if you’re a teen) you’ve probably “played” around down there and found that you’re capable of finding some “magic” points that give you sensations unlike any other. Partial information does no one any good. So let’s start from the top. Hopefully, you will agree that the vagina is the heart of female sexuality. So far, science has found two (there may be more) major stimulation points in/around the vagina that cause orgasm or excitement in a girl; the Clitoris and the G-Spot. The Clitoris is great and another in depth topic in its own right… But as you’ve probably already guessed, here, were going to concentrate on the G-Spot. What is the G-Spot?: To begin with, The G-spot is named after Ernst Grafenberg. The researcher who who first reported its existence.. Although some doubt still remains as to its “existence”, there really is no doubt as to the fact that hundreds of thousands to millions of women report feeling extremely intense pleasure by stimulating the sensitive area about 2 inches inside the vagina towards the front of the body. From here on in, we will refer to that area as the G-spot. The G-spot is said to be the female equivalent of the male prostate gland. Some women have even found that they ejaculate a fluid if they have an orgasm by stimulation of the G-spot, and researchers in Canada and the United States claim that the composition of the fluid is remarkably similar to the secretion of the prostate gland. Where is the G-Spot?: We have already touched on the location of the G-Spot but, I’m betting your probably wondering how to know when you’ve found it…..
Take a look at the above diagram to get a better understanding of the location of the G-Spot. When we mention that there is some speculation as to the G-Spot being the male equivalent of the male prostate, hopefully it’s clear as to why. The location of the G-Spot and the male prostate are very similar. The G-Spot is a bean shaped mass of nerve tissue located about halfway between the back of the pubic bone and the top of the cervix. The size and location of the G-Spot will vary from woman to woman, but it is usually about the size of a quarter, and lies 2 to 3 inches inside the vagina directly behind the pubic bone. Women sometimes cannot find their own G-spot. Finding Your G-Spot: Finding your G-Spot can be a little tricky. Here is a tried and true technique to help you in finding the G-Spot. Positions: Partially Reclined — On Your Back
You'll probably be tempted to lie flat on your back to look for your G-spot, but not everyone can reach the front wall of the vagina with their fingers this way. To make it easier, assume a more curved position like either of these:Stack your pillows so that your shoulders are lifted high and your hips are on the bed. Spread your legs with knees bent.
- Sink down into a chair or on a couch, pushing your hips forward and keeping your shoulders pressed against the sofa or chair back. A footstool or coffee table is especially useful for bracing your feet in this position.
- You will then have both hands free and easily in range of your clit and your G-spot. These are great positions when using the Archer Wand, Nubby G, Bullseye, or other toys that require you to reach down. You might even be able to reach your butt for some additional sensation!
Squat or Kneel -
- Squat down or kneel and you'll be in a good position to hook your two fingers inside your vagina and find your G-spot. It's difficult to squat for long, so once you've found your G-spot you may want to kneel, propping yourself up with one hand. If you’re having a great time but your arms are getting tired, consider using a toy. The advantage of this position is that you can make your hips do part of the work for you. By squatting on top of the toy you can move your body on the toy instead of the other way around.

- Flat on Your Back
-
- When it comes to sex, we all like to lie flat on our backs now and then because it so darn comfy. You can lie back, move your hips more, and throw your head back in a way that is difficult when lying in a curved position. As a result, this can be the easiest position to hold over a long period of time. You might find that pulling your legs up to your chest gives you better G-spot access while exploring with your fingers. The ADD TOYS HERE and other toys with a handle that curves toward your belly button, are ideal for this position because you can control the toy at belly level.

- If you’re feeling pleasure, then chances are you’ve found it!
G-Spot Stimulation & Massage: Congratulations, you’ve found your G-Spot! Now, that you’ve found it; you’re probably wondering how you and your partner can make use of this new found information. As mentioned earlier, G-Spot stimulation can be extremely pleasurable. But, due to its internal postion the G-Spot doesn’t respond to any kind of stimulation. Lets keep the information flowing….
- Rear-entry/doggy position is best during intercourse to stimulate the G-Spot as the penis presses against the front wall of the vagina, particularly with the man on top and a pillow beneath hips.
  - To directly stimulate the G-spot choose one of the above positions, get comfortable and using the thumb of your other hand gently stimulate your clitoris. At the same time slowly insert two fingers as far as is possible and comfortable into your vagina and rub against the bottom of the vaginal opening, pressing upward with the tips of your fingers until you are touching your G-Spot. Move your fingers from side to side and in a "come hither" motion, while exerting pressure upwards. If the fingers are pointed more sharply upwards you can rock forwards and back in a circular motion with consistent, firm pressure along the entire length of the vaginal walls.
- Thrust your hand in and out simulating a penis intercourse style then exert pressure upwards when withdrawing so that the G-spot is involved.
Things to keep in mind with G-Spot Massage: - You should empty your bladder before lovemaking or g-spot play, as some women get a feeling similar to the urge to urinate when the G-Spot is first stimulated. If your bladder is empty you will tend to relax more and enjoy it more.
- You may ejaculate a small amount of white or clear fluid when you have an orgasm after the G-Spot is stimulated which is similar to the liquid in the prostate gland.
